If you fancy blowing the Christmas cobwebs away I intend to lead a run out from the Tickled Trout through the trough of Bowland and calling in at Wallings Ice Cream Factory at Cockerham on the way back.
The route will go through Longridge, Hurst Green,Waddington, Abbeystead and then some “low calorie Ice cream at Wallings”. From there we can go our separate ways home.
I suggest leaving the Tickled Trout at 10:30. the drive time is about 1hr 45 mins and the milage is about 50 miles.
Knowing my navigational skills it could end up 3 hrs and 100 miles!
