As promised I have planned a day out in the Lake district, the plan is as follows:-

Depart from Tickled trout at 10:00am
Pick up people from Forton services at 10:30
Arrive Lakeland car Museum Backbarrow at approx 11:15.
Lunch in Cafe Ambio at museum approx 12:30
Drive round to Lakesideand embark on steamer cruise to Bowness at 13:35
Arrive Bowness 14:15
Free to roam Bowness area on foot
Embark steamer for return trip to Lakeside 17:45
Arrive Lakeside at 18:25
Drive to Swan Hotel at Neby bridge for dinner at 7:30
leave when ever you want for journey home

Admission to car museum is £8 (Sat nav location is LA12 8TA)
Steamer cruise round trip is £10.80 on day or £9.70 on line in advance
