I have signed up for a day at the school on the 4th of April. Yes I will benefit from some tuition! and secondly I am entering 2 events there this year so a bit of sneaky practice.

The Programme for the day will run as follows

•Introduction, tea and biscuits
•Safety procedures
•Classroom Instruction
•Course walked under supervision
•Split into small groups
•Individual runs
•Lunch
•Video and verbal assessment
•Further runs
•Instructor demonstration runs
•Final assessment
•Presentation of Certificates
Cost is £175 and includes Coffe, lunch, aftyrenoon tea and video of the day.
